Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Flexibook collects, uses, shares, and protects information when shop owners, staff, and clients use our mobile app and website.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when using Flexibook, including your name, email address, account identifiers, shop association, and appointment details such as selected service, barber, date, time, and booking status. Shop owners may also provide business information, staff details, services, durations, and prices.
2. How we use information
We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, connect clients to the correct shop, provide and manage bookings, display schedules, send service-related communications, support users, protect the service, and improve reliability.
3. Firebase processing
Flexibook uses Google Firebase for authentication, Firestore database services, and cloud storage. Personal information and booking data are securely processed and stored through these services. Firebase may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the app in accordance with Google’s applicable privacy and security terms.
4. Shop data separation
Flexibook is a multi-tenant service. Shop and client records are linked using secure user identifiers and shop owner identifiers. Services, barbers, and bookings are filtered by ownerId so users only access information associated with their linked shop.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the shop needed to fulfill your booking, with service providers such as Google Firebase that operate the app, when required by law, or when needed to protect users and the service.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. You may request deletion through the Account Deletion page. Verified requests are processed subject to limited records we may be legally required to retain.
7. Security
We use access controls, authenticated user identifiers, tenant-specific filtering, and Firebase security capabilities to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we process.
8. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support. You may also stop using the service at any time. Privacy rights may vary by location.
9. Children
Flexibook is intended for business appointment booking and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
